1. ¿En qué consiste la sesión diagnóstica?
Es una sesión profunda de 45 minutos, donde podrás conocer nuestra forma de trabajo y recibir una primera orientación personalizada. Si decides continuar, esta sesión ya cuenta como parte de tu proceso terapéutico y te ayuda a avanzar desde el inicio.
2. ¿Qué tipo de terapia utilizan?
Aplicamos terapias de tercera y cuarta generación: Aceptación y Compromiso, Mindfulness, Compasión, Terapia Basada en el Cuerpo y Esquemas Cognitivos.
Además, integramos Neuroyoga, que regula el sistema nervioso y refuerza desde el cuerpo lo trabajado en terapia.
3. ¿Por qué no muestran a los terapeutas antes de agendar?
Porque nuestro enfoque se centra en ti y en el método, no en la figura del terapeuta ni en su género. Todo el equipo trabaja bajo la misma línea terapéutica y calidad. La sesión diagnóstica te permite conocer directamente a quien podría acompañarte y evaluar si es el espacio adecuado para ti.
4. ¿Las sesiones son presenciales o online?
El proceso es 100% online, lo que permite flexibilidad, continuidad y el mismo nivel de profundidad terapéutica desde cualquier lugar.
5. ¿Trabajan con Fonasa o Isapre?
No. Nuestro enfoque es independiente de esos sistemas de financiamiento, porque priorizamos un acompañamiento integral, flexible y personalizado. Sin embargo, entregamos boleta, y si cuentas con seguro complementario, podrías solicitar reembolso por atención psicológica.
6. ¿Qué pasa si no conecto con quien me atienda?
Si no te sientes a gusto en la sesión diagnóstica, probablemente el enfoque completo tampoco sea el adecuado, ya que todo nuestro equipo trabaja bajo la misma metodología.
7. ¿Las sesiones son largas?
No. Valoramos tu tiempo y creemos en la precisión más que en la duración. Cada encuentro está diseñado para ser efectivo, respetuoso y con foco en resultados reales.
8. ¿Por qué no ofrecen sesiones sueltas?
Porque trabajamos solo con personas realmente comprometidas con su proceso. La sesión diagnóstica nos permite comprender tu situación y ofrecerte el plan más adecuado para avanzar de forma integral.
9. ¿Cuánto dura en promedio el proceso terapéutico?
El tiempo promedio es de aproximadamente dos meses, con avances visibles y sostenibles desde las primeras sesiones.
10. ¿Quiénes forman parte del equipo?
Contamos con psicólogos y psicólogas con postgrados y más de 14 años de trayectoria clínica, especializados en terapias avanzadas y procesos de transformación profunda.
